I was born and, for the most part raised in Tucson, though I spent several years in New York City in my early and mid twenties. While in NY I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The New School, Eugene Lang in 2014. My undergraduate studies emphasized culture and cultural psychology. After completing my degree and some meaningful travel, I returned to Arizona. I eventually decided to pursue my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University, completing the program in winter 2021. From there, I interned with Tucson Counseling Associates and remained on staff before opening my solo private practice in 2024.
I hold advanced certifications in trauma treatment (CCTPII) and ADHD assessment and treatment (ADHD-CCSP), both awarded by Evergreen Certifications. I have experience working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, relational issues, identity formation, and life transitions. I currently provide individual therapy for both adults and adolescents.
