People pursue therapy for a variety of reasons, rarely is there a "bad" reason to explore therapy as an option. Individual counseling is tailored to the individual and therefore varies from person to person. I do my best to meet people where they are, consider their goals, and collaboratively develop a path forward.
I do not offer couples counseling at this time.
I offer a FREE 15 minute consult to help ensure we are a good fit.
Self pay is used when services are considered out of network with your insurance or when you are uninsured or underinsured. I operate a sliding scale structure, clients determine the rate within the set sliding scale range, and no supporting documents will be requested.
Superbills can be provided for possible reimbursement from your insurance.

I offer trauma therapy that centers your safety, autonomy, and practical goals for recovery. I hold a professional certification in PTSD treatment through Evergreen and have extensive training in trauma-focused care. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices to support emotional regulation, nervous system regulation, and long-term resilience. I work collaboratively with each client to create a clear, structured path forward. Whether you're managing PTSD, complex trauma, or chronic stress, therapy can help you regain stability and improve your quality of life.
I provide ADHD-focused therapy and counseling services that support individuals in building practical skills, improving emotional regulation, and understanding how ADHD impacts their daily lives. With advanced training in assessment and treatment of ADHD, I integrate evidence-based approaches with deep knowledge of neurodivergence to create personalized, affirming care. I’ve worked extensively with both adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, executive dysfunction, and related challenges across school, work, and home settings. Support can make a meaningful difference—therapy offers not just tools, but a framework for self-understanding, resilience, and long-term growth.
I also offer assessments/evaluations and coaching for ADHD. This is available to all individuals over the age of 13 and in the state of Arizona.
