As a provider with lived experience of undiagnosed ADHD, I understand the importance of receiving an accurate diagnosis delivered with compassion and sensitivity. With advanced training in the assessment and treatment of ADHD through Evergreen, I offer a comprehensive evaluation designed to thoroughly assess for ADHD and consider common differential diagnoses.
This assessment session can be completed virtually or in person. A letter outlining the evaluation process, results, and diagnostic impressions will be provided within one week of the session.
*This is not a Psychological Evaluation.
*This service is available to individuals in Arizona and who are at least 13 years of age.
Cost and process breakdown: total cost: $500*
Assessment Session: $300
*possible to bill insurance, subject to deductibles and copays/coinsurance.
Intake forms and screeners need to be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. This provides me time to review the documents before we meet.
In this one-time, 2 hour session, we will assess for ADHD utilizing a culturally sensitive biopsychosocial-ecological interview, DIVA-5 Diagnostic Interview, Copeland System Checklist for ADHD, and Wender Utah Rating Scale for ADHD or Weiss Functional Impairment Rating Scale for adolescents.
ADHD assessment letter: $200
*not able to bill insurance, total due at time of evaluation session.
Your letter will provide your diagnosis, the evaluation process, and assessment results. At your discretion, this letter can be provided to schools and workplaces for accommodation needs.
Please verify with your institution that a Master's level Therapist can provide the necessary documentation. I cannot guarantee an evaluation letter will always suffice.
* An ADHD evaluation letter is different from a Psychological Evaluation. Psychological Evaluations will assess for ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and other diagnoses. I do not offer Psychological Evaluations.
In Coaching sessions we look for practical strategies for ongoing difficulties, such as time management, organization, and task completion. We will work to improve areas of executive functioning that would most benefit you. Coaching can also be specifically goal-oriented (garage organization, home schedule management, task completion).
Unlike therapy, coaching is less focused on the psychological and emotional aspects of ADHD. Coaching is present and future oriented, compared to therapy which can focus on the past and emotional processing. Coaching isn't the right fit for everyone, I will let you know if therapy might be a better route.
Coaching is not covered by insurance.
Coaching $150/hour
